- In Stone Soup magazine, I discovered Grow Fruit & Vegetables in Pots, by Aaron Bertelsen, cook and gardener at The Great Dixter, which includes 50 recipes. I loved the spiced lentils with Cavolo Nero, so tasteful and easy to veganize! Can’t wait to discover the other recipes.
