Welcome to Our Favourite Products, a monthly feature of the products keeping our skin glowing, mood lifted and health high. It's a combination of the new things we've tried over the previous month and historic repeat purchases that we think you might love too. And as part of our editorial policy, every product we write about is vegan, cruelty-free and 100% natural and where possible organic. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the idea of incorporating clean beauty and wellness products into your daily routine — or even finding them, we hope you find the following helpful. And as a reminder, a constant favourite of mine — clean filtered water. Drink it frequently, daily. Here's what I'm loving this month:

Drunk Elephant Marula Luxury Facial Oil

This one I received in the last Mecca Beauty Loop, in addition to the T.L.C.Framboos Glycolic Night Serum—The Duo promising results and delivering. In the meantime, I have abandoned face cream and use oils on my face, different ones since my skin doesn't mind. I'm almost finished with this mini which is 100 per cent unrefined Marula Kernel Oil, raw and cold-pressed straight from the pip. Marula Oil ended up taking centre stage in founder Tiffany Masterson's line. It also inspired the name. Apparently, elephants love to eat the fruit from marula trees, but once it's in their stomachs, it ferments, so they end up drunk. Marula Oil is highly absorbable, abundant in potent antioxidants and omegas 6 and 9 that hydrate, restore the skin. As a natural anti-microbial, this oil is ideal for congested skin. It's the oil you think your skin doesn't need.

Drunk Elephant T.L.C.Framboos Glycolic Night Serum

I have a feeling that most skin-care obsessives are easily swayed by well-lit Instagram selfies, often taken by early twenty-somethings for whom fine lines still remain a concept. If you're closer to your thirties and wanting skin that is well taken care of, acids are a big part of that. T.L.C.Framboos is an AHA blend—Glycolic, Tartaric, Lactic and Citric Acids that resurface, blurring lines and plumping the skin. In addition, anti-bacterial Salicylic is essential for controlling acne, unclogging pores, and tapering oil production exfoliates to deep clean pores. All this while you sleep. And you mix it with the Virgin Marula Oil for hydration. With back to back level 3 lockdowns, if you're not already invested in your at-home routine, T.L.C.Framboos is kind of like a facial in a bottle. If you're committed.

Kosas Air Brow Clear Lifting Treatment Gel

Brooke Shields brows in a tube. Maybe not, but yes, brows are lifted and set for your waking hours. I am not super connected to makeup but do want my face to look maintained. If you're old enough, you might recall the time where overplucking was popular. If you've spent years rehabilitating your brows, this is for you, and if, like me, you kept them all and want to style your arches to greatness, then Kosas Air Brow Clear Lifting Treatment Gel is also for you. Powered by Panthenol Pro-Vitamin B5 and Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 work to revive brows while Hyaluronic Acid conditions. Be religious about the daily application and put your tweezers down.

KNC Supa Balm OG Rose

Of cult brand KNC Beauty, Los Angeles based Kristen Noel Crawley created arguably the most Instagrammable lip sheet masks—you'll know them, the oversized, pink, lip-shaped treatment with a jelly-like texture. And so the balm is an extension of that line, 100 per cent natural, vegan, cruelty-free and super hydrating, also available in Mint. Moringa and Kukui Oils are loaded with essential fatty acids plump for fullness, while Kokum, Shea Butte and Cotton Oil provide deep moisturisation. With the harsh summer heat, I'll be keeping this tube close.
