Whether you’re into huge, nourishing salads or an easy pasta and pesto combination, here you’ll find healthy dinner recipes, your lunch meal prep — ideas for cooking simply and intuitively. If you’re incorporating more plant-based foods into your life, we have recreated classics like potato salad — since vegan mayo is mainstream, spaghetti Bolognese, pasta recipes in all forms! During warmer months we’re making way for rejuvenating salads, tofu noodle bowls and gazpacho. That said, as much as we love the warmth and energy of summer, fall and winter are equally seasons of productivity, and for grounding down. More cooked and comfort foods like pumpkin soup, carbonara and curries all make the cut. Still, all super simple recipes, most of what you’ll find here cooks in 15 to 25 minutes.
